The employee tenure gift box

A festive pop-up box that gives veteran employees a moment of recognition — built from recycled materials, with a personal dedication that tells the story of their journey at the company.

The employee tenure gift box

The employee tenure gift box was designed to turn a corporate gesture into a personal moment. It's given to employees for their years of service and contribution, and each box carries a dedication label, the years of tenure and the company logo — so the recognition feels personal, not generic.

The box earned recognition at Israel Star 2025, among our packs awarded certificates of excellence in packaging. It combines a pop-up design that opens into a festive scene with a soft, cloud-like feel — an unboxing experience that is part of the gift itself.

A good recognition pack doesn't just wrap a gift — it turns the moment itself into the gift.

01. One solution, many moments

The box's strength is its flexibility: it creates a unique, festive and personal gift experience — regardless of the gift inside. After it's opened it isn't thrown away; it can serve as decoration, a keepsake or a small storage solution at the office or at home. The recognition keeps accompanying the employee long after the event.

One solution, many moments

02. Festive — and sustainable

Behind the festive look stands green thinking: the box is made from recycled, eco-friendly materials in an energy-saving production process. Proof that you can deliver a premium, celebratory feel without giving up environmental responsibility — exactly the balance we look for in every pack.

03. The dedication that makes it personal

What sets the box apart from a standard corporate gift is the detail: a dedicated dedication label, the number of years of service and the company logo — printed and built into the design. So each box speaks to a specific employee rather than to 'all staff', and the moment feels like genuine appreciation, not an item pulled from stock.
